Our standard Property Management base fee in the Okemo Ski Resort area is $300 per month and offers a higher level of service including:
- Twice a week in-depth house checks from October 1st to April 30th
- Once a week in-depth house checks from May 1st to September 30th
- Priority scheduling for all services.
- Weekly fuel level monitoring.
- Access to a concierge level of service: If it is important to you, then it is important to us.
- 24 hour emergency support for all of your needs.
